Nice clean store! No help from any associate 🤢 no Signage to allow you to know if your picking adults or children's 🤢. Cashier who was not busy at all made me feel like it was my job to put the stuff away. Expensive t-shirts.😱

This is a wonderful building to stay for a short visit as a guest or as a long term resident. It is only 1.5 blocks from the beach, and within walking distance from dozens and dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes of just about as many ethnicities and cuisines. Also a short walk to the public library, and located between a synagogue and a church, and facing a park. This means that no matter how hectic nearby Collins Avenue is, it's always peaceful at Le Cartier. Whether you rent, stay as a short term guest, or buy, the value is unbeatable.
